Shipping is FREE inside the Continental USA STANDARD SHIPPING All orders are shipped as quickly as possible - usually within one to three business days. However, during heavy shipping periods or when UPS is not operating, this may not be possible. If your order cannot be shipped within a reasonable time frame or if it is out of stock at the manufacturer’s warehouse, you will be notified by email. If you ordered more than one item, you may not receive all of your merchandise at one time. ChoiceCookery provides a free demonstration video along with each cookware set, it is normally packed inside the carton containing your merchandise. Gifts - Alternate Ship-to Address If you are ordering your merchandise as a gift to be shipped to an address other than your own, please inform us of this when you place your order by keying in the alternate address in the space provided. Taxes ChoiceCookery’s home office is located in Oregon where there is no sales tax. Therefore any orders which are shipped by ChoiceCookery.com will not be charged a sales tax. Checking the Status of Your Order Most of our orders are shipped via UPS. You will receive your UPS tracking number and delivery date via email. If you have not received your order within ten days after order placement date, please send us an email asking us to check the status of your order. Damages Should you discover that your merchandise is damaged, this should be reported to UPS or the UPS driver immediately. Neither ChoiceCookery nor the manufacturers of our products are responsible for damages which occur during the transit period. The freight carrier is responsible for this. |
