Lifetime Manufacturer Warranty is in effect the moment you receive your new cookware. The Manufacture Warranty enclosed with cookware reads as follows:  Our cookware and accessories are guaranteed to the original purchaser for his/her lifetime to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. Return defective piece and it will either be repaired or replaced with same or equivalent product and returned to you within 30 days. Handles and knobs are excluded from this warranty. Electrical components of electric skillet have a 5-year warranty. Warranties are placed inside each set.

 

Manufacturer Warranty Return address and contact information is represented on warranty documents enclosed with cookware.  SAVE these documents and, if ever needed, follow warranty instructions as indicated.

Incorrect Product: ChoiceCookery warrants full refund if, within 30 days of invoice date you determine product is not exactly what you ordered and expected. If you did not receive exactly what was shown to you and described to you on our website, simply return your order to ChoiceCookery for a full refund. Do not use cookware if it is not what you ordered or esxpected.  Return product to ChoiceCookery in its original state and carton.  Used cookware cannot be accepted by ChoiceCookery under Retail Warranty.  Retail Warranty Return Address:

Cookware handles and knobs are not covered under Manufacturer Warranty.  ChoiceCookery provides replacement handles and knobs for Maxam brands--Maxam, Chef’s Secret, Health Smart, Precise Heat, Wyndham House, other Maxam cookware brands.  We also assist in finding replacements for other brands of cookware.  Contact ChoiceCookery.

 

Damages
Inspect contents of carton(s) as soon as possible after delivery (or at time of delivery).  Should content appear to be damaged, contact shipper (UPS generally) using shipper Contact Information and Tracking # displayed on the shipping lable.  Freight carriers are responsible for any and all damage that occurs during the transit period and will readily assist.  Manufacturer warrants product(s) to be free of damage prior to shipping.
